A RARE EXPRESSION OF GIL & JEREMY NICKEL’S FAMILY LEGACY
THE 2021 NOB HILL CELLARS
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
In the mid-1970s, Gil Nickel returned from France with a passion for viticulture that would shape Napa Valley. His first wine was made in the garage of his Nob Hill home — the same home depicted on the Nob Hill label, with Susan holding baby Jeremy as Gil works below.
Jeremy revived this label in 2016 as a tribute to those humble beginnings. Each vintage draws from the finest lots of the harvest and is crafted in collaboration with Atelier Melka. The 2021 release is only the third vintage, made up of just two barrels — fewer than 50 cases.
This is a wine defined by heritage, precision, and true scarcity.
